You have the right to request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations. If you close your abangku account, we will delete your personal information after the following retention periods: (1) Account and identity data—kept for seven years after account closure to comply with gaming and anti-money-laundering regulations. (2) Payment transaction records—kept for seven years for tax and regulatory compliance. (3) Betting records and game history—kept for three years to resolve settlement disputes. (4) Support communications—kept for two years to provide evidence should you dispute a transaction or complaint outcome. Some data may be anonymized rather than deleted; anonymized data is not considered personal information.
