Why access your abangku account

  • Secure login and two-factor authentication. Protect your account with optional 2FA; verify your identity via SMS or authenticator app.
  • View your balance and transaction history. Track DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, and bank deposits; monitor live-dealer sessions and football settlement.
  • Manage withdrawal requests and account settings. Submit and review withdrawal status; update KYC verification, email, and password from your dashboard.
  • Access live-dealer and sports records. Review session history, market settlement times, and account tier details for faster withdrawal windows.

Access troubleshooting

If you cannot log in to abangku, verify the following:

Username or email

Enter the exact email address or username you registered with abangku. Email addresses are case-insensitive; usernames are not. If you changed your email in your account settings, use the current address.

Password reset

Click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email. abangku will send a reset link; follow the instructions to create a new password. Reset links expire after 24 hours.

Two-factor authentication

If you enabled 2FA, enter the one-time code from your SMS or authenticator app after your password. If you no longer have access to your 2FA device, contact our support team with account verification details.

Account verification

Your abangku account may be locked if KYC verification is incomplete or pending review. Log in, navigate to account settings, and upload required documents (ID, proof of address). Verification typically completes within one business day.

Account security on abangku

abangku implements standard security practices to protect your login credentials and account data. The following measures are applied to every member account:

Password management

  • Password requirements: Use at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
  • Password storage: Passwords are hashed and salted; abangku staff cannot view your password.
  • Periodic updates: Change your password every 90 days; abangku will prompt you when renewal is due.

Login monitoring

  • New device alerts: abangku may send you an email or SMS when you log in from an unrecognized device or location.
  • Session timeout: Your session expires after subject to verification of inactivity; you will be asked to log in again.
  • Concurrent sessions: You can log in from multiple devices, but only one session per account is recommended for security.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA in your account settings to add a second verification layer. abangku supports SMS codes and authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy). When 2FA is active, you must provide a one-time code after entering your password.

Data protection

Your personal data (email, phone, ID documents, bank account details) is encrypted in transit and at rest. abangku does not share your data with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing. View our privacy policy for full details on data handling.
